About CVCA...

Casa Village is a condominium development consisting of 65 units, 28 of which are townhomes and 37 are villas. Located on the cul-de-sac Casa Drive near the junction of Old Lemay Ferry Road and Highway 141 in Arnold, Missouri, and in close proximity to Interstate 55, the development offers easy access to Saint Louis County and City. Amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse and dog park.

The Association's current monthly fee of $240 includes administrative and management expenses, the cost of the master insurance policy for the building structures and grounds, sewer, trash pickup, maintenance to the common areas of the buildings and grounds, upkeep for the pool, clubhouse, and dog park, groundskeeping for the common grounds, and snow removal. Unit owners are directly responsible for water, natural gas, and electricity utility payments, real estate taxes for their units (and detached garages, if applicable,) their individual Condominium Unit Owner's insurance (HO6) policy, and repairs to limited-common elements (which include driveways, windows, doors, decks, patios, stoops, stairs, portions of the sidewalks, landscaping and other items that service the individual unit.) Please review the Declaration, By-Laws and most importantly the Resolutions for further information about Association versus Unit Owner expenses and responsibilities. Links to each of these documents appear at the upper left on this page.

The Association was founded on June 1, 1987, by the developer, Rogers Development Company, Inc. Casa Village Condominium Homeowner's Association (operating as Casa Village Condominium Association or simply CVCA) is a non-profit Missouri corporation organized to serve and protect the interests of the Casa Village community. The Board of Directors is comprised of five resident unit owners who are elected to this non-compensated role by their peer unit owners and serve three-year terms. In the event a Board Member moves or chooses to resign, the Board will appoint a replacement to fill that seat until the next election.
